Here is a good activity to relax, quiet your mind and make something beautiful. This is an example of a craft activity I provide in my activities sessions.
This tutorial uses a few simple knots - the larks head knot, the standard knot, and the wrapping knot. tutorials can be found on these individual knots online via you tube, or hopefully you'll be able to follow along and learn from my video below.
Materials needed
- Small crochet hook - Scissors - 22mm wooden bead - Curtain ring - Fine tooth comb/pet brush - Fabric stiffener/strong hair spray - Embroidery cord - Cling film
3ply 3mm cord, in measurements: - 60cm cord x1 - 35cm cord x20 - 30cm cord x14 (Alternative colour optional)
